How do I secure my block?

Stage 3 at The Grange is now selling. To purchase all you need to do is pay a $1,000 deposit and sign the contract of sale. A balance of $9,000 is due within 30 days ($10,000 full deposit). The balance of purchase price is not payable until the titles have issued.

Are there any building restrictions or design guidelines?

There are some modest restrictions and design guidelines which control such things as dwelling setbacks, minimum dwelling size and dwelling facades. None of these are overly onerous.

How much of the development is complete?

Over 75% of the Grange has now been constructed and sold. Stage 3 works have been completed and titles have issued. There are only a few remaining lots left in this stage so hurry and don’t miss out.
